Whilst our volunteer editors will do their best to ensure our events listings are as up to date and accurate as possible; with the fast pace of how things are changing, it is inevitable that some will slip through the net. Now in its’ 3rd year, the Rock & Blues Club continues to gain popularity as the venue to be on a Sunday afternoon.
It’s warm friendly atmosphere is a welcome change from the usual “smoky den” normally associated with live music.
Adequate seating and tables exist (on two levels) for all fans, with many new found friends.
A charge of £3 per adult (16 and over) apply, but a £2 voucher redeemable at the bar is given to every paying adult. Persons under the age of 16 have free entry provided they are accompanied by and remain with an adult.
Fresh air, a good atmosphere, enjoyable music and complimentary snacks are all part of the Sunday afternoon program.
The band normally starts around 4 pm and perform 2 one hour long sets with a short break in-between, finishing around 6:30 pm
